2012-2015年温州市鹿城区手足口病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的分析2012-2015年浙江省温州市鹿城区手足口病流行特征。方法对2012-2015年鹿城区中国疾病预防控制信息系统中上报的手足口病数据资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2012-2015年全区共报告手足口病16654例,年均发病率320.82/10万。发病高峰为4-7月,占病例总数的57.93%。男女性别比1.52∶1。年龄分布以≤5岁儿童为主,占病例总数的93.01%。职业分布以散居儿童为主,占病例总数的78.66%;其次为幼托儿童,占17.74%,且有上升趋势,托幼机构有聚集发病现象。病原学监测结果 EV71、Cox A16和其他肠道病毒感染分别占43.63%、17.37%和40%。结论鹿城区手足口病具有明显的季节和人群分布特点,应加强病原学监测,重视5岁以下儿童家长的健康教育及落实托幼机构的防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand -foot- mouth disease （HFMD） in Lucheng District,Wenzhou,Zhejiang,2012 ~ 2015. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted to analyze the data information of HFMD during 2012 - 2015 collected from national disease reporting information system. Results A total of 16654 HFMD cases were reported, the annual average incidence was 320.82 per hundred thousand. The incidence peak of HFMD was during April- July, accounting for 57.93% of the total. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.52： 1. Age distribution was mainly concentrated on under 5 - year - old children, accounted for 93.01% of the total. Most cases were scattered children, accounted for 78.66%. The second were ehildcare children, accounted for 17.74%. The number of childcare children of HFMD cases was on an upward trend. Kindergartens had clustering phenomenon of disease. Pathogen surveillance showed that EV71 ,Cox A16,and other enteric virus infection accounted for 56.92% ,24.50% and 18.58% respectively. Conclusion The HFMD in Lucheng District has obvious season and population distribution traits. It is essential to strengthen the etiological surveillance of HFMD,pay attention to the health education of parents of children younger than 5 years old and implement the work of prevention and control in Kindergarten.
