摘　　要：目的分析西安市丙型肝炎流行水平和发病特征,为制定针对性的丙肝防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取现住址为西安市,发病时间为2005-2015年直报到中国疾病预防控制信息系统的所有丙型肝炎病例信息作为研究对象,将报告病例信息导入Excel中,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2005-2015年西安市丙型肝炎累计报告发病数19 016例,年平均发病率为21.30/10万。近年来丙肝发病呈逐年上升趋势,2015年发病率最高达27.59/10万,发病无明显季节性;丙肝发病率以城六区较高,居前三位的依次是碑林区、莲湖区和新城区;丙肝发病人群以男性为主;丙肝发病数在10岁组最低,之后呈先升高后下降趋势,40岁组最高;发病职业以农民为主,占29.43%。结论西安市丙型肝炎发病率处于较高水平,且呈逐年增长趋势。建议进一步加大丙肝病例筛查力度,加强对注射吸毒和输血人员等高危人群的检测与管理,扩大宣传教育,提高人群防病知识和自我保健意识,有效降低人群发病率和死亡率。Objective To analyze the prevalence level and incidence trends of hepatitis C in Xi ＇an,and to provide scientific basis for making specific prevention measures of hepatitis C. Methods The information of hepatitis C in Xi＇an from 2005 to 2015 was collected by ＂China Information System for Disease Prevention and Control＂. Excel was used to statistical analysis. Results With an upward trend in recent years,the reported cumulative cases of hepatitis C were 19016. The average annual incidence was 21.30/100,000 in Xi＇an during 2005 - 2015 and peaked in 2015 which had reached 27.59/100,000. There was no significant seasonal characteristic in the incidence of hepatitis C. The top three counties with high incidence were Beilin, Lianhu,and Xincheng. The number of hepatitis C cases were the least in 10 age group while the highest in 40 age group. Farmers had a higher incidence （29.43%） than the other kind of workers. Conclusion The incidence of hepatitis C of Xi＇an was at a high level and had an increasing trend year by year. We suggest strengthening the screening of hepatitis C, test the high -risk such as injecting drug users and blood transfusion person and expand education to improve the knowledge of disease prevention and healthcare consciousness in people,in order to reduce the incidence and mortality rates,effectively.
