摘 要:目的了解改水工程对阳春市饮水型地方性氟中毒儿童氟斑牙病情的影响情况,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照《饮水型地方性氟中毒监测方案》(中疾控地病发〔2012〕6号)要求,对阳春市高坎村、热水村2个病区村进行改水工程运行情况和8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况调查,水氟浓度测定采用氟离子选择电极法,儿童氟斑牙诊断采用氟斑牙诊断标准(WS/T 208-2011)。结果 2015年阳春市高坎村、热水村2个病区村水氟含量检测结果分别为1.39mg/L、0.08mg/L。2015年阳春市2个病区村氟斑牙总检出率为55.17%(16/29),较改水前氟斑牙总检出率89.77%(79/88)下降34.60%,差别有统计学意义(X^2=17.10,P<0.01)。结论阳春市饮水型氟中毒病区改水降氟工程防病效果显著,但工程维护和管理不善影响防病工作。Objective To investigate the effects of water improvement projects on children's dental fluorosis status in endemic fluorosis areas of drinking water type in Yangchun City,and to provide a scientific basis for making control strategies. Methods According to " Monitoring program of drinking water - borne endemic fluorosis" ( No. 6 document in 2012 issued by the Chinese Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) ,we investigated the present status of water improvement projects and the prevalence situation of dental fluorosis among children aged 8 - 12 years in Gaokan and Reshui villages which were endemic fluorosis areas. The content of fluorine in the water was measured by F -ion selective electrode method and children's dental fluorosis was diagnosed by the dental fluorosis diagnostic standard ( WS/T 208 - 2011 ). Results The contents of fluoride of drinking water were 1.39mg/L and O. 08mg/L in the two villages in 2015. The total detection rate of dental fluorosis was 55. 17% (16/29) among 8 - 12 years old children in the two villages in 2015, decreasing by 34.60% compared with 89.77% (79/88) before the water improvement projects. There was statistically significantly different between the rate of dental fluorosis (x2= 17.10,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The water improvement projects worked well in preventing dental fluorosis disease in Yangchun City,while maintenance of the project and poor management would influence prevention work.
