大学生心理危机表现问卷编制及信效度分析

摘　　要：目的编制大学生心理危机表现问卷并检验其信效度,为高校心理危机预警工作提供定量分析的依据。方法在理论分析、开放式问卷调查以及专家指导的基础上确定原始问卷。采取随机分层抽样的方式,共选取郑州市、新乡市6所高校1 688名大学生作为被试,依据实证研究的数据对问卷进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、因素命名,并检验问卷信度和效度。结果问卷由生理表现、情绪表现、认知表现、行为表现4个因子共45项目构成,方差累积贡献率为47.494%。问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.889,各因素的Cronbach’sα系数在0.65-0.84之间,各因素之间的相关在0.461-0.623(P<0.01),各因素与总分的相关在0.728-0.878之间(P<0.01),问卷与症状自评量表的相关系数为0.506(P<0.01)。结论编制的大学生心理危机表现问卷信、效度较好,可以用于测量大学生的心理危机表现。Objective To develop a psychological crisis performance questionnaire for college students and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods Based on theoretical analysis, open questionnaire survey and experts＇ guidance, the original questionnaire was finalized. By adopting the random stratified sampling method, 1688 college students from six colleges and universities in Zhengzhou City and Xinxiang City were selected as respondents. According to the data of empirical research,we carried out item analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaires and named the factors, and then evaluated the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The questionnaire was composed of 45 items, including four factors of physiological expression,emotional expression,cognitive expression and behavioral expression,with 47.494% of the cumulative variance contribution rate. The Cronbaeh＇s ct coefficient of the questionnaire was a 0. 889 ,each factor of which ranged from 0. 65 to 0. 84. The correlation coefficient of each factor was between 0. 461 and 0. 623 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The correlation coefficient between each factor and the total scores ranged from 0. 728 to 0. 878 （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The correlation coefficient between the questionnaire and Symptom Checklist was 0. 506 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The psychological crisis performance questionnaire for college students possessed good reliability and validity,which could serve as the tool to assess college students＇ psychological crisis performance.
