摘  要:目的 建立胶体钯化学改进剂用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血中铅的方法。方法 血样经5%(V/V)硝酸沉淀蛋白质后,以胶体钯作为化学改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定。结果 方法的相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.6μg/L,样品加标的回收率为96.0%-100.7%,相对标准偏差〈2%。对标准物质进行分析,测定结果在证书值范围内。结论 该方法准确、灵敏、简便,可以满足血中铅的测定,Objective To establish a method for determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) using colloidal palladium as chemical modifier. Methods The protein in blood was precipitated with 5% (v/v) nitric acid and then determined by GFAAS with colloidal palladium as chemical modifier. Results The correlation coefficient of the method was greater than 0. 999 and the detection limit was 0.6 μg/L. The recoveries ranged from 96.0% to 100.7% with the relative standard deviations of less than 2%. The certified reference material of blood lead was determined and the result was within the reference range. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and sensitive, and it could be applied to detection lead in blood.
