摘　　要：目的探讨套细胞淋巴瘤合并乙肝病毒(HBV)感染患者治疗中的注意事项及临床药师在治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与患者的治疗过程,针对治疗中遇到的问题查阅文献,对患者进行药学监护。结果临床药师运用药学专业知识为医生提供科学的用药参考,为患者提供用药教育。结论针对套细胞淋巴瘤合并HBV感染患者,临床药师应全面了解患者用药情况,根据患者特点提出个体化药学监护方案。OBJECTIVE To explore the key points in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma complicated with HBV infection and the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment. METHODS The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment. Literatures were searched when encountering problems during the treatment. Pharmaceutical care was delivered during the treatment. RESULTS Based on the professional knowledge, the pharmacist provided medication reference to the clinic and medication education to the pa- tient. CONCLUSION For patients of mantle cell lymphoma complicated with HBV infection, clinical pharmacists should pay more attention to the medication history of the patient and give individual pharmaceutical care advice based on the characteristics of the pa- tients.
