摘　　要：目的:探寻我国老年白内障患者延迟手术的原因。方法:采用现象学研究方法,选取17例老年白内障患者进行深度访谈。结果:我国老年白内障患者延迟手术的原因包括疾病认知、社会支持、自我价值感等三方面。结论:导致老年白内障患者延迟手术的原因相对复杂,由个体认知因素及社会因素相互影响。医务人员应准确评估患者延迟手术的原因,从而有效地开展针对性的健康教育和整体护理。Objective To explore the reasons why old patients suffering cataract do not undergo cataract surgery in time. Methods： Phenomenological methodology was used and 17 patients with cataract were selected to interview purposely. Results： The reasons for surgery delay included 3 dimensions： knowledge of the disease, social support and sense of self-value. Conclusion： The reasons for surgery delay were complicated and consisted of cognitive factors as well as social factors. Health providers should assess the reasons accurately and provide effective interventions on health education and holistic nursing.
