摘 要:石油重整废催化剂中铂、铼的价值高,且资源稀缺,其回收具有重要意义。石油重整废铂铼催化剂的回收工艺主要包括火法、湿法及火湿法联合工艺。湿法工艺具有技术简单、流程简短等特点,是目前回收的主要方法,但环保问题突出;火法工艺处理石油重整铂铼废催化剂尚不具备经济性;火湿法联合工艺处于实验室研究阶段。因此,通过优化工艺组合,开发高效清洁综合回收新工艺,是提高资源综合利用的重要手段。As the value of Pt and Re in a spent petroleum reforming catalyst is great and their resources are scarce, the recovery of Pt and Re is of great significance. Recovery processes of the spent petroleum reforming Pt-Re catalyst include hydrometallurgical, pyrometallurgical and hydro-pyrometallurgical combined process. Hydrometallurgical process is the main recovery process due to its advantages of simple technology and short flow, however, the environmental protection issue is prominent. Pyrometallurgical process is not economical for treating petroleum reforming spent Pt-Re catalyst. Hydro-pyrometallurgical combined process is just in experimental stage. Therefore, developing a new, efficient and clean recovery process via the optimization of processes combination is an important way to improve resource comprehensive utilization.
