摘  要:某综合保税区主体结构采用混合框架结构体系,建筑体型特异,结构体系复杂,属于平面及竖向均不规则的超限建筑,结构低阶振型的扭转效应较大。通过设置BRB消能器,调节了结构的平面及竖向刚度,降低了结构扭转效应。同时,通过增设VFW提高结构总体阻尼比,降低结构地震响应,改善结构受力。结构采用MIDAS/GEN有限元软件进行了大震下的非线性分析,计算结果表明,结构性能均能达到设计预期目标和规范要求。对复杂节点采用有限元分析程序ABAQUS进行了专项分析,判定节点在工作状态为安全的。A comprehensive bonded zone is an ultra-limit building with plane and vertical irregularity.It uses steel-concrete mixed frame structural system and contains large torsion effect. BRB and VFW were used as energy dissipation devices in this building. BRB has significant effects on controlling the torsion by improving the stiffness of the structure,and VFW was used for reducing seismic response by increasing the damping ratio of the structure. The elasto-plastic time history analysis was carried out by MIDAS / GEN to study the seismic behavior of the structure under rare earthquakes. The results suggest that the structure has satisfactory performances under rare earthquakes,and the structure satisfies the code requirements of standing without collapse under rare earthquake. The detailed finite element analysis on the joints using a finite element program called ABAQUS was done to guarantee the safety of the structure.
