摘  要:针对既有建筑节能改造效果综合评价体系不完善及评价方法不科学的问题,综合考虑围护结构热工性能指标、供热系统总效率、能耗效果指标、经济环境指标、外墙外保温系统耐久性指标5个方面,构建3个层次的评价指标体系,建立基于层次分析法(AHP)和云模型的既有建筑节能改造效果综合评价模型,实现评价指标的量化分析,有效地解决评价中存在的随机性和模糊性的关联性,并以包头某既有建筑节能改造工程为例进行评价,得出其综合评价等级为"良Ⅳ",将其结果与模糊综合评价等方法所得结果对比,验证了其实用性、可靠性和优越性,为克服既有建筑节能改造效果综合评价中存在的不确定性提供了一种全新的工具。Aiming at the problems of incomplete evaluation system and unscientific evaluation methods,a evaluation system model of energy-saving renovation for existing residential buildings based on the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and cloud model were studied to build 3 levels and consider comprehensively 5 aspects including thermal characteristics of building envelope, total efficiency of heating system,effect of energy consumption,economic environment index and durability of external thermal insulation system. It realized the quantity of evaluation indexes and the relevance of randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process. And the actual engineering result of energy-saving renovation for existing residential buildings case in Baotou is Ⅳ and is used to compared with the results of other methods as fuzzy comprehensive to verify its practicability,reliability and superiority. It provides a new tool to overcome the uncertainty of the energy-saving renovation for existing residential buildings evaluation.
