摘　　要：介绍了斗南锰矿将柔性加固技术应用于房柱采矿法,通过柔性加固技术加强顶板管理、提高了采矿安全性及采矿回采率,对同类矿山实现安全、高效开采有借鉴意义。This paper introduces the application of flexible reinforcement technology to the pillar mining method in Dounan Manganese Mine.It strengthens the roof management through the flexible reinforcement technology to improve the mining safety and the mining recovery rate,which can be used for reference in the safe and efficient mining of similar mine.
