发热患儿家属相关知识水平与健康教育需求的调查及分析

摘　　要：目的:调查及分析发热患儿家属相关知识水平与健康教育需求。方法:以150例发热患儿家属为研究对象,小学及以下学历30例、初中学历50例、高中学历50例、专科及以上学历20例。向患儿家属发放发热知识调查表、发热健康教育需求问卷调查表,分析患儿家属掌握发热知识水平及对发热健康教育的需求。结果:发热患儿家属的发热相关知识水平较低,复诊患儿家属的发热相关知识水平略高于初诊患儿家属。专科及以上学历发热患儿家属对发热健康教育需求人数比例最高,小学及以下学历发热患者家属对健康教育需求人数比例最低。发热患儿家属相关知识主要源于报纸、杂志、书籍(34.7%)和广播电视(26.0%),经疾病自我积累、医护人员及网络获取发热知识人数比分别为10%、18.7%、10.6%。结论:发热患儿家属相关知识水平普遍偏低,不同学历水平患儿家属对健康教育需求不同,护理人员应根据患儿家属的特点采取多元化、针对性的健康教育措施,满足不同类型患儿家属的需求,提高发热相关知识水平。Objective： To investigate and analyze the knowledge level and health education needs of family membersof children with fever.Methods：150 cases of children with fever as the research object,30 cases of primary school and thefollowing qualifications,50 cases of junior high school education,50 cases of high school education, college and above 20cases.To the families of children with fever knowledge questionnaire,health education needs questionnaire survey,analysis ofthe family members of the children to grasp the knowledge level of fever and health education for health needs.Results：Thefamilies of the children with fever fever related knowledge level is low, visit the families of children with fever relatedknowledge level is slightly higher than that of newly diagnosed children with their families.College degree or above, thefamilies of children with fever and health education needs the highest proportion of health education,primary school andthe following degree of fever patients with the lowest proportion of health education needs. Fever in children with relativeknowledge mainly comes from newspapers, magazines, books （34.7%） and radio and television （26.0%）, the accumulationof the disease is self, medical personnel and network get fever knowledge than the number was 10%, 18.7%, 10.6%.Conclusion：The families of the children with fever related knowledge level is generally low,the families of children withdifferent levels of education have different needs for health education, nursing staff should according to the characteristics ofthe families of the children take a diversified, for health education measures to meet the needs of different types of familiesof children, improve the knowledge level of related to fever.
