摘 要:钻头是破碎岩石的工具,直接影响钻井的经济效益和钻井成败。首先对国内外钻头优选的两种方法进行了介绍与评价,针对运用钻头使用参数统计分析优选钻头存在规律性不强、优选难度大的问题,提出了对钻头使用参数按照钻头新旧程度系数进行预处理的思想,给出了利用IADC钻头磨损分级标准处理的详细方法和计算公式。将该预处理方法运用到目前常用的两种钻头统计方法 (钻头比能法和钻头使用效果图形优选法)中,并对没有进行数据预处理和进行预处理的两种结果进行了比较分析。结果表明:统计方法优选钻头应对参数数据进行预处理,以保证钻头使用新旧程度相同。运用预处理数据统计分析的结果,评价更科学和容易,结果也更集中。Drilling bit was the tool for breaking rock and directly affected the economic benefits of drilling and the drilling success or failure.Two methods of bit optimization both at home and abroad were introduced and evaluated.In allusion to the problems of the regulation of bit parameter statistics and analysis being not clear,difficult for optimization,a new idea was proposed for pretreatment of bit parameters based on bit wearing degree.The method and calculation formulae were also given in detail by using IADC standard of bit wear classification.The pre-processing method was applied to the two commonly used bit statistical methods(specific energy method and optimization of bit effect graph).The results both before and after data processing were compared and analyzed.The results show that for the statistical method of bit optimization,bit parameters should be preprocessed to ensure that the drill bits have same used degree between the old and the new.The result of pre-processing data statistical analysis can be used for a more scientific and easy evaluation and more concentrated result.
