摘  要:石油钻机在工作过程中由于制动能量无法回收利用,造成了能量的巨大浪费。采用储能单元可以在电机制动时回收能量,在电机负载增加时作为辅助动力源进行电能补充。然而,这类设备的储能单元易损坏、整体采购成本高,不利于在石油钻井行业推广应用。鉴于此,对钻机原有电控系统进行扩展,加入控制单元和储能单元,提出制动能量回收利用方案和复合储能单元的改良设计,并设计了该系统的控制策略、保护策略和储能单元的模糊控制。通过实际应用证明该系统可以改善电能的质量和降低生产成本,对制动能量的有效回收利用效果明显。最后指出该复合储能控制系统在石油钻井行业的应用前景十分广阔。The unrecoverable braking energy ol oil rig during operation often results in huge waste ol energy. The energy storage unit can recover the energy during braking and supply as an auxiliary power source when the motor load increases. However, the energy storage units are easily damaged and the overall procurement costs are high, which makes it not preferable to promote application in the oil drilling industry. In view ol this, the original rig electric control system can be extended to integrate the control unit and the storage unit. The braking energy recovery program and a modified design ol composite energy storage unit have been proposed. The system’s control strategy, protection strategy and the energy storage unit luzzy control have been designed. The practical application shows that the system can improve the quality ol electricity and reduce production costs, presenting efficient recovery ol braking energy. The developed composite energy storage control system has a broad application prospects in the oil drilling industry.
