摘  要:为了满足冀东油田陆上作业区高压注水、封堵水层和补孔回采等需求,恢复长停井,完善注采井网,开展了大斜度井、出砂井和超深井膨胀管技术研究与应用。主要进行了施工工艺、高效铣锥打通道技术及高效强力密封技术研究。该工艺在冀东油田陆上作业区成功修复套管破损井3口,补贴井段最长26.1 m,最大井斜达51.3°,最大补贴段井深达4 028 m,解决了大斜度井、出砂井和超深井膨胀管补贴难题。膨胀管技术在冀东油田的成功应用,为钻井、二次完井以及长井段套管破损修复等开辟了新的技术途径。To meet the need ol high pressure water injection, water layer sealing and infill perforating and production in Jidong Oilfield, expandable tubular technology in highly deviated wells, sanding wells and ultra-deep wells has been developed and applied. Studies have been mainly focused on the operation process, efficient taper milling technology and efficient super sealing technology. Using the technology, three casing damaged wells in Ji-dong Oilfield onshore operation area has been successfully repaired with the longest remedy well section of 26. 1 m , maximum deviation up to 51. 3.and the maximum well depth of 4 028 m , thus addressing the expandable tubular patch issues in highly deviated wells, sanding wells and ultra-deep wells. The successful application of expandable tubular in the Jidong Oilfield provides new technology for drilling, recompletion and casing damage repair of long well section.
