摘 要:裸眼水平井分段压裂管柱下入过程易造成遇卡事故。鉴于此,采用弹性力学解析方法和工程力学设计与CAE可视化编程技术相结合,对压裂管柱下入进行仿真模拟,建立了带多级封隔器的压裂管柱下入力学模型,对管柱下入过程中的摩阻、井口拉力和安全系数等进行了计算分析。在理论研究的基础上,采用Visual Basic语言开发裸眼水平井压裂管柱下入安全性分析软件,提供了完整理论分析与设计计算方法。运用软件对PH9-1井等进行了实例验算,计算结果与实际结果吻合,表明该方法具有一定的实用价值。研究内容为优化水平井多级分段压裂管柱设计及确保管柱下入安全性提供了一种有效的技术手段。When the staged fracturing string is run in horizontal open hole well,pipe sticking may often occur. In this paper,the analytic method of elastic mechanics and the engineering mechanics design were combined with CAE visual programming technology to simulate the fracturing string running,and a mechanical model was built for running of fracturing string with multiple packers to conduct calculation and analysis of friction,wellhead tension and safety coefficient in the fracturing string running process. On the basis of theoretical research,safety analysis software was developed for fracturing string running in the horizontal open hole well by using Visual Basic language. Thus,a complete theoretical analysis and design calculation method was provided. The software was used for example checking calculation of Well PH9-1 and other wells. Calculation results are in line with actual results,indicating that the method has a certain practical value. The study provides an effective approach to optimization of multi-stage fracturing string in the horizontal well and guaranteeing of string running safety.
