高压大直径深水模拟试验舱自适应密封设计与分析

摘　　要：为解决海洋深水高压模拟试验舱在大直径(2 500 mm)、高压(40 MPa)下的密封问题,基于双筒式结构受内压后内外层变形协调机理,设计了一种新型自适应膨胀式密封装置。根据推导的自适应膨胀式密封的径向补偿间隙理论计算公式,确定了既定密封圈厚度、高压舱舱体与膨胀圈的主体尺寸以及初始径向间隙值,在此基础上开展了高压大直径深水模拟试验舱自封式密封效果数值模拟与密封性能试验检测,结果表明所设计的自适应膨胀式密封装置能满足额定工作压力下高压舱的径向密封与端面密封要求,采用自适应膨胀密封设计的高压大直径深水模拟试验舱能够满足最高52.5 MPa试验压力下的密封要求。In order to solve the sealing problem of simulating deep water test cabins in conditions of large diameter （2 500 mm ） and high pressure （40 MPa ） , a new adaptive /expanding sealing device was developed based on the compatible deformation mechanism of double - layer tubes subjected to internal pressure. The thickness of the pro -posed sealing device, main dimensions of the cabin body and the device, and the initial radial clearance between them were also figured out with the radial offset clearance formula derived here for the adaptive/expanding sealing device. Then on the basis of the above work , numerical simulation and physical test of sealing performance on the sealing device of high pressure/ large diameters imulating deep water test cabins we recarried out. The results showed that radial sealing and face sealing of the designed device can meet the sealing requirements under rated working pressure. Thus , high pressure/ large diameter deep waters imulating test cabins equipped with the adap-tive / expanding sealing device can meet the requirements of test pressure up to 52. 5 MPa .
