摘　　要：提高模具钢的综合性能,延长模具的使用寿命,有利于产生更好的经济效益。长城特钢按照北美压铸协会NADCA#207-2008标准,采用真空熔炼、保护气氛电渣重熔等工艺开发制备出的CTS451化学成分控制合理、成分纯净、退火显微组织均匀细小、淬火晶粒达到超细化水平,心部横向V型缺口冲击韧性高,具有良好的各向同性,与进口材料相比,处在同等质量水平。Improving the comprehensive performance of the die steel,prolonging the service life of the mold,is conducive to produce better economic benefits.Using the processes such as vacuum melting,electro slag remelting with protective atmosphere,and so on,the CTS451 steels are produced in accordance with the NADCA#207-2008 standard by Jiangyou Changcheng Special Steel Co.Ltd.,which have qualified chemical compositions,uniform and fine annealed microstructure,ultra fine hardened grains,high transverse V notch impact toughness of the center,good isotropy.Compared with imported materials,the steel are at the same level of the quality.
