摘  要:通过电解腐蚀和碳偏析检测法,研究了末端搅拌的频率和搅拌方式对轴承钢方坯的内部质量的影响,结果表明:随电磁搅拌频率增大(400A/3Hz-5Hz-10Hz),疏松带宽度呈现增宽趋势。碳成分在纵截面250mm方向1/2截面位置处多呈正偏析,在截面芯部多呈负偏析。在相同电磁搅拌参数下,正反搅拌方式下的铸坯的平均碳偏析率与低倍质量优于单向搅拌的效果,疏松带更宽,缩孔尺寸较小。By using electrolytic etching and carbon segregation test, the effect of final electromagnetic stirring fre.quency and mode on internal quality of bearing steel billet has been studied. The results showed that with increasingstirring current(400A/3Hz-5Hz-10Hz), the width of porosity band presented a trend of increasing. Carbon segregatedpositively at 1/2 of the cross section along the longitudinal direction while negatively segregated in the center of trans.versal section. Under the condition of the same electromagnetic stirring parameters, the average carbon segregation ra.tio and macro quality of billets with reversible stirring were more desired than that of billets with unidirection stirring,whose porosity band was wider, and shrinkage cavity was smaller.
