摘　　要：阐明护理专业毕业生质量追踪的重要意义,分析国内外护理专业毕业生质量追踪现状,指出现有研究的优势与不足,提出对今后研究的启示,为今后护理教育改革及培养适应社会需要的人才提供依据。It expounded the important significance of quality tracking of professinal nursing graduates, analyzedthe status quo of quality tracking of professinal nursing graduates at home and abroad. It pointed out the advantagesand disadvantages of the present research,put forward the enlightenment for the future research, so as toprovide basis for the reform of nursing education and the cultivation of talents to meet the needs of the society.
