10条目简易心理弹性量表在肿瘤患儿父母群体中的信效度检验

摘　　要：[ 目的] 翻译1 0 条目简易心理烊性量表（10 - item Connor - Davidson Resilience Scale,CD - R ISC - 10 ）并进行信效度检验,确定其截断值.[ 方法] 对汉化后的C D - R I S C - 1 0 量表各条目进行鉴别系数的判定以删除鉴别力不强的条目,采用临界比率值（C R ）及项目通俗性（P L ）测定,用鉴别力指数（D ）来衡量项目间的鉴别力.对中文版C D - R I S C - 1 0 量表进行结构效度检验,选择3 0 3名肿瘤患儿父母随机分为探索性因子分析组（E F A 组）1 4 8人和验证性因子分析组（C F A 组）1 5 5人进行因子分析,用Kessler症状评分量表以及医学应对量表进行聚合效度的检测,并确定肿瘤患儿父母心理烊性的截断值.[ 结果] 修订后中文版C D - R IS C - 1 0 量表仍保留1 0 个条目,探索性因子分析共提取了 2 个因子,分别为适应性及軔性,累积方差解释量为61. 859%， C D - R I S C - 1 0 总的Cronbach、a 为0. 8 7 3 ,分半信度为0. 786,各维度重测信度为0. 844-0. 932.肿瘤患儿父母心理烊性的截断值为25. 5 分.[结论]修订后的中文版C D - R I S C - 1 0 量表具有良好的信效度且使用方便,适合临床科室作为肿瘤患儿父母高危心理的初步筛查工具.Objective:To translate the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC-10),and carry out the reliability and validity test and determine the cut-off value.Methods:All entries in CD-RISC-10 scale were determined by identification coefficient,so as to remove the entries with not-strong discernment,using the critical ratio value(CR)and popular level(PL),were used for measurement the Discrimination Index(D)was used to measure the inter-project discrimination.CD-RISC-10scale(dinese vesion)was detected on their structural validity.A total of 303 cases of parents of children with cancer were randomly selected and divided into exploratory factor analysis group(group EFA)148and confirmatory factor analysis group(CFA group)155,they received the factor analysis.The Kessler symptom score scale and medical coping scale were used to detect the convergent validity,and to determine the cut-off value of the psychological resilience of parents of children with cancer.Results:The revised CD-RISC-10scale(Chinese version)still retained 10 entries.In EFA group,exploratory factor analysis extracted a total of 2factors,respectively adaptability and resilience,the cumulative variance interpretation was 61.859%.Total Cronbach's alpha of CD-RISC-10 was 0.873,split half reliability was 0.786,the test-retest reliability of all dimensions ranged from 0.844 to 0.932.The cut-off value of the psychological resilience of parents of children with cancer was 25.5.Conclusion:The revised CD-RISC-10scale(Chinese version)had good reliability and validity,and was easy to use.It was suitable for clinical departments as a primary screening tool for parents of children with high risk of cancer.
