摘　　要：[目的]了解蒙古族2型糖尿病病人疾病相关知识现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用便利抽样方法,选取2015年2月—10月在呼伦贝尔市中蒙医院内分泌科门诊就诊病人并符合入选标准的201例2型蒙古族糖尿病病人进行调查,以人口社会学、疾病相关资料、自我管理水平、自我效能水平为自变量,健康知识得分为应变量,采用Spearmen相关和秩和检验,筛选统计学意义的变量进行多元逐步回归分析。[结果]蒙古族2型糖尿病病人知识得分17.83分±5.23分,自我管理水平、学历、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白、吸烟是影响蒙古族2型糖尿病病人健康知识的相关因素。[结论]蒙古族2型糖尿病病人知识掌握情况不佳,应针对学历、自我管理水平、体重、糖化血红蛋白水平、吸烟不同病人进行干预。Objective:To know about the status quo of diabetes-related knowledge of Mongolian patients with type 2diabetes mellitus and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 201 Mongolian patients with type 2diabetes mellitus were selected and surveyed in the endocrinology outpatient department in Zhongmon Hospital of Hulunbeier City from February to October in 2015.The demographic sociology,disease related information,self-management level,and self-efficacy level were taken as independent variables and health knowledge score was taken as the dependent variables.Spearman correlation and rank-sum test were used to screen the variables with statistical significance for multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results:The knowledge score of Mongolian patients with type 2diabetes mellitus was 17.83±5.53.The level of self-management,education background,body mass index,glycosylated hemoglobin and smoking were related influencing factors of health knowledge of the Mongolian patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:Mongolian patients with type 2diabetes mellitus had poor knowledge level master of this disease.The patients should be intervened aiming at different selfmanagement level,education backgroud,body mass,glycosylated hemoglobin level and smoking.
