摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析和数理统计等方法,以国际特奥运动发展为背景,对国际特奥会长期致力于为智障人士创造一个更加融合、更有利于其成长的、有凝聚力和包容性社会环境的终极目标进行分析。结果表明,建立"关爱、融合、共享"的发展目标将是未来国际特奥会全球发展的优先战略,其中融合学校计划将会打破阻碍社会融合的壁垒,让参与者们彼此获得相互欣赏的机会,从而消除恐惧和歧视,铺就一条更宽广的社会融合之路。Through using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,with the development of International Special Olympics as the background,this paper makes analysis on the ultimate goal of creating a more integrated,conducive and inclusive social environment for people with intellectual disabilities due to the long-term commitment of International Special Olympics.The result shows that it will be the future International Special Olympics global development priority strategy to establish the development goal of ' caring,integrating,sharing',where the school integration plan will break the barriers for social integration,and provide opportunities for participants to gain mutual appreciation of each other,so as to eliminate fear and discrimination,and pave a broader road for social integration.
