摘  要:以云烟97为研究对象,通过大田试验,于2014年研究了不同黄腐酸施用量对植烟土壤改良及烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:施用黄腐酸提高了土壤速效磷、速效钾、碱解氮、有机质、土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤微生物生物量氮含量,并促进土壤中三大菌落的繁殖,但施用黄腐酸对土壤微生物多样性促进效果不明显;黄腐酸促进了烟株根系发育,提高了烟株根系体积,干、鲜重;烟株根系有随黄腐酸施用量增加而增加的趋势;施用黄腐酸降低了烤后烟叶两糖含量,适当提高了烟叶氯离子含量和钾离子含量,但有增加烟叶烟碱含量的趋势;施用化肥配施1200 kg hm-2黄腐酸的处理提升土壤微生物量碳、量氮的效果最好,烟叶协调性相对较好;施用化肥配施1800 kg hm-2黄腐酸的处理对土壤肥力的提升效果最好。Field experiment was carried out to study the effect of fulvic acid on the improvement of tobacco-planted soil and the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in 2014 in Pengshui of Chongqing. The variety tested was Yunyan 97. Results showed that: Adding fulvic acid increased the contents of soil available phosphorus, available potassium, available nitrogen, soil organic matter, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen. It also promoted the propagation of soil bacterial colonies, but its improved effect on soil microbial diversity was not obvious. Adding fulvic acid promoted tobacco root growth and increased root system volume, root dry and fresh weight. The tobacco root growth and weight increased with the increase in application amount of fulvic acid. Adding fulvic acid decreased two types of sugar, and properly increased C1- and K+, but showed the increased tendency of nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco leaves. Adding chemical fertilizer with 1200 kg hm-2 fulvic acid significantly increased the amount of soil biomass carbon and nitrogen and also improved the coordination of tobacco leaves. Adding chemical with 1800 kg hm-2 fulvic acid showed the best improvement effect on soil fertility.
