摘　　要：目的研究咽刷标本中分离出的溶血性链球菌的分族情况及A族β-溶血性链球菌(GABHS)对临床常用抗菌药物的敏感性和耐药性情况。方法对2010年1月-2013年1月临床分离株进行分型,采用E-test法测定126株A族β-溶血性链球菌对青霉素,头孢三嗪,红霉素,阿奇霉素,克林霉素,万古霉素及左氧氟沙星等7种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果 126株分离株对于青霉素、头孢三嗪、万古霉素、左氧氟沙星均敏感,对红霉素、阿奇霉素及克林霉素耐药率分别为97.67%、100%、100%。结论 A族β-溶血性链球菌对大环内酯类抗菌药物的耐药率较高,对β-内酰胺类抗菌药物仍高度敏感。OBJECTIVE To study the grouping test of Hemelytic Streptococcus strains isolated from throat swab specimens and observe the drug susceptibility and drug resistance of Group A β-hemolytic Streptococcus （GABHS） to the commonly used antibiotics. METHODS From Jan 2010 to Jan 2013, the typing of the clinical isolates was carried out. The drug susceptibility of the 126 strains of GABHS to the 7 kinds of antibiotics, including penicillin, cefatrizine, erythromycin, azithromycin, clindamycin, vancomycin, and levofloxacin, was determined by means of E-test method. RESULTS All of the 126 strains of GABHS were susceptible to penicillin, cefatrizine, vancomycin, and levofloxacin; the drug resistance rates to erythromycin, azithromycin, and clindamycin were 97.67 %, 100 %, and 100%, respectively. CONCLUSION The drug resistance rate of the GABHS to macrolides is relatively high, and the strains remain highly susceptible to the β-lactams antibiotics.
