蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢地尼胶囊治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期的疗效。方法收集天津中医药大学第一附属医院2015年7月-9月确诊为哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期产妇80例,将其分为治疗组40例和对照组40例;治疗组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液、头孢地尼胶囊联合手法按摩排乳;对照组采用头孢地尼胶囊联合手法按摩排乳,比较两组治疗疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为100.0%,对照组治愈率为77.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的脓肿形成率、回乳率以及肿痛消除时间的比较均有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢地尼胶囊治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期疗效显著,是临床推广和应用的有效方案。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of Pu dilan antiphlogistie oral liquid combined with cefdinir capsules on treatment of early lactation acute mastitis. METHODS A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with early lactation acute mastitis in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jul 2015 to Sep were enrolled in the study and divided into the treatment group with 40 cases and the control group with 40 cases. The treatment group was treated with Pu dilan antiphlogistic oral liquid, cefdinir capsules combined with manual massage for milk ejection; the control group was given cefdinir capsules combined with manual massage for milk ejection. The curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS The cure rate of the treatment group was 100%, significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference in the rate of abscess formation, rate of milk withdrawal, or time of elimination of swelling and pain between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Pu dilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with cefdinir capsules can achieve remarkable effect on treatment of the early lactation acute mastitis, and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
