摘　　要：目的了解新生儿病房医院感染发生的危险因素,探讨相应的预防与控制对策,减少新生儿病房医院感染的发生。方法采用主动监测的方法,对医院2015年2月1日-2016年1月31日新生儿病房收治的所有住院患儿进行医院感染目标性监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果监测1 307例新生儿,共发生医院感染35例,医院感染发病率2.68%;发生医院感染46例次,医院感染例次发病率3.52%;住院总日数13 019日,日感染发病率2.69‰,日感染例次发病率3.53‰;感染率与出生体质量密切相关,下呼吸道为常见感染部位。结论根据新生儿病房医院感染的发生特点及相关危险因素,加强目标性监测工作,针对性地采取预防与干预措施,可减少和控制医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for nosocomial infections in neonatal wards and put forward cor- responding prevention and control measures so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in the neonatal wards. METHODS By mean of active surveillance, the targeted surveillance of nosocomial infection was carried out for all of the children who were hospitalized the neonatal wards from Feb 1, 2015 to Jan 31, 2016; the statistical analysis of the surveillance results was performed. RESULTS Of totally 1 307 neonates who were monitored, 35 had nosocomial infection, with the incidence of nosocomial infection 2.68%; 46 case-times of patients had nosoco- mial infection, with the case-time infection rate 3.52 %. The total length of hospital stay was 13019 days, the dai- ly infection rate was 2.69‰, and the daily case-time infection rate was 3.53‰. The infection rte was closely asso- ciated with the birth weight, and the lower respiratory tract was the common infection site. CONCLUSION It is an effective way to strengthen the targeted surveillance in accordance with the characteristics of incidence of nosoco- mial infections in the neonatal wards and the related risk factors, take targeted prevention and intervention meas- ures so as to reduce and control the incidence of the nosocomial infections.
