摘　　要：目的探讨和分析集束干预策略实施各环节的质量控制,促进综合ICU预防呼吸机相关性肺炎措施落实,提高医院感染管理质量。方法 2014年7月-12月期间联合四所三甲医院综合ICU病房,对医务人员进行集束干预策略预防呼吸机相关性肺炎相关内容培训;医院成立质量管理小组采用PDCA循环管理法结合持续质量改进(CQI)运用于管理过程中,由感染监控小组每天临床观察医护人员针对收治的有创机械通气的患者实施集束干预策略具体措施落实情况,并进行监督检查记录及统计分析。结果 2014年7月-12月期间集束干预策略具体措施正确执行率明显上升。结论感染监控小组采用PDCA循环管理法结合持续质量改进(CQI)运用于集束干预策略具体措施落实管理过程中,工作质量得到了提高。OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the quality control of links of bundle intervention strategies and pro- mote the implementation of measures for prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） in comprehensive ICU. METHODS From Jul 2014 to Dec 2004, in joint with the comprehensive ICUs of 4 three-A hospitals, the training involving the implementation of the bundle intervention strategies on prevention of VAP was conducted for health care workers. The quality control group was established, the PDCA cycle management method combined with continuous quality improvement （CQI） was applied during the management process, the status of implemen- tation of the specific bundle intervention measures for invasive mechanical ventilation patients was observed every- day by the infection monitoring group and was supervised, examined, and recorded, and the statistical analysis was performed. RESULTS The correct implementation rate of the specific measures of bundle intervention strate- gies was remarkably increased from Jul 2014 to Dec 2014. CONCLUSION The PDCA cycle management method combined with CQI is applied by the infection monitoring group during the implementation process of the specific measures of bundle intervention strategies, which facilitates the improvement of work quality.
