摘  要:权力来源、权力主体以及权力过程是权力结构中逻辑自洽的三个核心要素,也为思考教授治学何以可能提供了分析视角与解决路向。权力来源的合法性证成解决了教授治学得以实现的前提性问题,权力主体的实践复归是教授治学得以实现的关键,权力过程的规范运行为教授治学得以实现提供了保障。因此,抓住了教授治学权的三个核心要素,就找到了解决教授治学何以可能的问题之钥。The source, subject and process of power structure, which have offered the analysis power are three core elements in the logical self-consistency of the perspective and method for the possibility of professors' academic governance. That means, the legitimacy justification of power source has resolved the premise problem of professors' academic governance; the return to practice of power subject is the key to professors' academic governance; the standard operation of power process has provided the guarantee for the realization of professors' academic governance. Therefore, catching the three core elements of professors' academic governance rights, the key to solving the problem of the possibility of professors' academic governance can be found.
