摘  要:高温高压油浸试验井是为井下工具进行耐温、耐压试验而建造。试验时需要对井筒内试验介质(清水或油)加热,以前油田大多采用导热油加热方式,其传热过程是:电热元件—导热油—试验井筒—试验介质,存在加热时间长,热效率低,配套设备多,污染严重等缺点。电磁感应加热方式是在试验井筒外壁上直接缠绕感应线圈,利用电磁感应原理使金属井筒成为热源,直接加热井筒内试验介质。采用电磁感应加热技术设计建造的试验井已应用于吉林油田、青海油田、辽河油田长城钻探工程院,加热速率可达到3℃/min,试验介质温度可达350℃,节能环保。High temperature and pressure oil immersion test well is built for downhole tools for heat resistance and pressure test.The medium(water or oil)should be heated in the wellbore when test.The oil field before mostly adopted thermal oil heating method,its heat transfer processes are:electric heating element,heat conduction oil and experiment wellbore-medium,heating time is long,thermal efficiency is low,more the equipment needed,serious pollution is the disadvantage of this method.In test,electromagnetic induction heating,winding induction coil outside the wellbore wall is used directly,using the electromagnetic induction principle to make the metal shaft heat source,direct heating the test medium in the wellbore.The electromagnetic induction heat was designed and built for test well,which has been used in Jilin Oilfield,Liaohe Oilfield,and the Great Wall Drilling Engineering.Its heating rate can be up to 3℃/min.the test medium temperature can be reach 350 ℃.There is no environmental pollution.
