摘　　要：为提高钻井作业效率、降低操作人员劳动强度,提高操作安全性,同时为了提高钻机的自动化、智能化水平。研制了GC 2L4型钻井管柱自动化处理系统,通过配置举升式动力猫道、自动井架工、液压吊卡、铁钻工等机械化设备,与顶驱装置配合实现钻杆、钻铤、套管等钻井管柱的机械化输送、机械化建立根、立根自动化排放等作业,实现高效、安全、低作业强度的管柱自动化处理作业模式。通过钻机集成双司钻智能控制平台,实现管柱处理系统的自动化远程集中控制。In order to improve the drilling efficient,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the automatic and intelligent operation level of drilling rig,Development of GC 2L4 Strin g automatic processing system,through the configuration of lifting Power Catwalk,automatic derrickman,flip type hydraulic elevator,rail type iron roughneck machinery equipment and so on.These equipment with the assistance of top drive devices Accomplish the drill pipe,drill collar and casing drilling string of mechanical transmission,mechanical root,establish the automatic discharge operation.High production efficient,safe,low intensity model of the pipe treatment system are realized.Through integrated driller control platform of the rig,pipe automation remote post processing system centralized control.
