摘  要:针对复杂产品制造过程具有动态性、随机性和不确定性等特点,从制造系统复杂性与复杂网络相结合这一全新视角,提出生成复杂产品制造过程网络模型的演化机制。基于演化机制,建立能有效反映实际中存在的权重和有向性,以及任务和资源同时增长的加权动态演化模型,并给出了演化模型算法。网络统计学特征分析结果表明复杂产品制造过程模型具有无标度特性。以复杂机电产品制造过程网络为例,验证了模型的有效性。In view of dynamics, randomness and uncertainties of the complex products manufacturing process, from the point of a new perspective of the complexity of manufacturing system combined with complex network, the evolution mechanism of the complex products manufacturing process network model is established. Based on the evolution mechanism, the weighted dynamic evolution model was established. This model can effectively reflect the actual existence of certain properties, such as weight and isotropic, tasks and resources growing at the same time. Evolution model algorithm was given. Network statistical analysis showed that the model has a scalefree property. Finally, an example of complex electronic mechanical product development process network was given to prove the validation and practicability of the model.
