摘　　要：现在的高职教学不但要进行学生职业能力的训练和职业素养的形成,同时也开始注重学生就业、创业、适应社会能力的培养。本文旨在结合学生汽车保险创业基地的运营,以就业、创业为导向进行"汽车保险与理赔"课程的改革研究,探索出适合高职教育全面能力培养的模式。Nowadays, higher vocational education not only needs to cultivate students＇ professional ability and professional quality,but also has paid attention to the cultivation of students＇ employment,entrepreneurship and social ability. This paper aims to combine the operation of automobile insurance business base,take the employment and entrepreneurship as the direction of the course reform research of automobile insurance and claims,and explore the comprehensive ability training mode for higher vocational education.
