摘　　要：为解决轨道交通用电缆护套"刮白"问题,从护套材料组成的角度分析了护套"刮白"现象产生的原因,提出了调整材料中阻燃剂粒径及其分布、添加适量表面活性剂或偶联剂对无机阻燃剂进行表面处理、提高绝缘和护套交联程度、添加恰当的防刮伤助剂和适当提高材料硬度等质量改进方案。In order to solve the problem of rail transit for cable sheath “scraping white”,from the perspective of the sheath material produced “scraping white” phenomenon, put forward to adjust the flame retardant material particle size and its distribution, adding surfactant or coupling agent to improve the inorganic flame retardant surface treatment, improve insulation and sheath crosslinking the degree and quality of anti scratch and add appropriate additives to increase the hardness of cable “scraping white” phenomenon of appropriate improvement scheme.
