摘　　要：《国际工人协会成立宣言》既是第一国际的政治纲领,也是无产阶级争取自身阶级解放和社会解放的战斗旗帜,在马克思主义发展史和国际共产主义运动史上具有举足轻重的历史地位。这篇宣言虽然创作年代久远,篇幅字数不多,但思想广博精深,言辞通俗易懂,意义悠久深远,对于有效指导世界社会主义、共产主义运动的健康发展具有重要的理论贡献、深远的历史价值和丰富的现实启示。International Workers Association Establishment Declaration is not only the political agenda of International Workingmen＇s Association,but also the battle flag of the proletariat to fight for their class liberation and social emancipation,which has a pivotal status in Marxism development history and international communist movement history. The declaration with old age and less words has deep thought and far-reaching significance. The words are easy to understand. All these have important theoretical contributions,profound historical values and rich apocalypse to guide the healthy development of the movements of socialism and communism.
