摘  要:针对第三代核电关键仪控系统国产化形势严峻的现状,上海核电办公室和国家能源核电站仪表研发(试验)中心走访调研了大量核电业主用户、工程公司以及制造企业。分析了第三代核电关键仪控系统的市场需求以及技术特点、难点和挑战,提出了近阶段重点攻关的目标内容。结合上海地区的创新资源特点,提出了组织第三代核电仪控系统国产化攻关的路径。In view of the status quo of grim situation of the localization of critical instrumentation and control system for the third generation nuclear power, a large number of owners and users; engineering companies and manufacturing enterprises of nuclear power are visited and investigated by Shanghai nuclear power office and national energy nuclear power plant instrument research and development ( experiment) center. The market demand, technical characteristics, difficulties and challenges of the critical instrumentation and control system for the thirdgeneration nuclear power are analyzed and the target content of the key research goal in recent stage is put forward. Combining with the features of innovation resources in Shanghai area, the research path of organizing localization of critical instrumentation and system for the third generation nuclear power is proposed.
