摘  要:为了解决输气管线监视阀室设计及运行过程中发生的问题,主要针对监视阀室压力、温度仪表,太阳能及蓄电池,数据采集装置进行了研究。压力仪表安装时应避免干线管道开孔,利用气液联动执行机构,取压管路预留三通作为压力取压孔;温度仪表安装时需要考虑不破坏管道防腐层和解决与管道绝缘问题。东北地区大型天然气管道的应用实践证明了输气管线监视阀室设计技术的正确性。In order to solve the problems happening in design and operation of the monitoring valve chamber of gas transmission pipeline,the instruments of pressure and temperature of the chamber, the solar energy and storage battery, and the data acquisition device are researched. For installing pressure instruments,to avoid opening holes on the main pipeline,the reserved tee of the pressure tapping pipeline in air/hydraulic actuator is used as the pressure tapping hole. For installing temperature instruments, the anticorrosion coating shall not be damaged and the pipeline insulation shall be resolved. The designing technology of the monitoring valve chamber of gas transmission pipeline is introduced, and it has been verified in a certain natural gas pipeline project in northeast China. The considered factors are comprehensively resolved and the measures are correct.
