创新导向的农村电商集群发展研究——基于遂昌模式和沙集模式的分析

摘　　要：农村电商集群是农村信息化与产业化深度融合的产物,其强劲的创新力促进了新农村建设,推进了农村城镇化,推动了农业和农村经济的发展。但是,由于农村地区资源禀赋不均、经济基础薄弱,导致农村电商集群发展出现同质化竞争、经营效率低、融资困难等问题。基于此,本文分析了遂昌、沙集两种典型农村电商集群发展模式和阻碍因素,并使用系统动力学方法构建了以产品与生产创新、商业模式创新和金融模式创新为导向的农村电商集群发展模型。最后,给出了促进农村电商集群可持续发展的对策建议。E-business cluster of rural area( ECRA) is the result of depth fusion between information and industrialization. Its innovation promotes the new rural construction,urbanization process and the development of rural economy. While some problems,e. g. homogeneous competition,low efficiency and financing difficulty,occurred due to the limited resources and economics. For solving those problems,based on the analysis of two typical ECRA and hindering factors,we use the system dynamics method build up an innovation-oriented ECRA based on product and production innovation,business model innovation and financial innovation. Finally,some suggestions are provided to promote the sustainable development of ECRA.
