摘  要:十三陵抽水蓄能电站上水库采用钢筋混凝土面板防渗,通过对面板混凝土裂缝定期检测,发现裂缝数量呈逐年增加趋势,对面板防渗性和耐久性造成不利影响。充分考虑钢筋混凝土面板运行的外界气候条件和电站运行条件,对冬季运行期的混凝土面板温度应力进行了计算分析,由此得出了混凝土面板温度应力变化规律及分布特征。根据上述计算分析及混凝土面板裂缝检测结果,认为冬季运行期温度应力是上水库混凝土面板裂缝产生和发展的主要原因。为确保上水库钢筋混凝土面板长期安全运行,选择SK手刮聚脲对上水库混凝土面板裂缝进行了处理,效果良好。The overall anti-seepage scheme with reinforced concrete face slab is used in upper reservoir of the Ming Tombs pumped storage power station.By regular check to the cracks of concrete face slab,it is found that the number of cracks has been increasing year by year,exerting negative effect on antiseepage and durability.In this paper,fully considering of the conditions of outdoor climate and station operation,the author analyzes the thermal stress of concrete face slab during operation in winter and the change law and distribution characteristics of thermal stress of concrete face slab are obtained by means of simulation calculation.Based on the above mentioned calculation analysis and crack checking results,it is believed that thermal stress during operation in winter is the main reason for crack formation and development on concrete face slab.In order to ensure the long term safety operation of concrete face slab in upper reservoir,SK brushing polyurea is selected to repair the cracks and good effect is acquired.
