“互联网+”下高校信息化建设模式的探索与研究

摘　　要："互联网+"是以互联网平台为基础,利用网络和信息技术与各行业的交汇和融合,实现社会各领域的资源优化、效率提升和产业变革。高校信息化建设作为保障高校各项职能顺利开展的网络和信息技术基础,在"互联网+"下面临机遇和挑战。在分析高校信息化建设现状和总结高校信息化建设模式的基础上,针对传统的以"自主"建设为主要特征的高校信息化建设模式,提出"开放与自主"相结合的高校信息化建设模式,并结合高校案例分析提出该建设模式的实施对策。'Internet Plus'takes the Internet platform as the basis,utilises the confluence and integration of networks and information technology with various industrial sectors to achieve resource optimisation,efficiency improvement and industries change in all social spheres.The college and university informatisation construction,as the infrastructure of network and information technology for supporting smooth development of various universities' functions,is facing the opportunities and challenges in'Internet Plus'environment. Based on analysing the status quo of university informatisation construction and summarising the modes of university informatisation construction,this paper proposes a mode of university informatisation construction combining 'open and independence'aimed at the traditional construction mode considering the 'independent'construction as its main characteristic,and discusses the implementation countermeasures of the proposed construction mode in combination with studies on colleges and universities cases.
