静电纺丝制备PTFE/PVP复合纤维及性能研究

摘　　要：采用静电纺丝技术制备聚四氟乙烯/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PTFE/PVP)复合纤维,用旋转粘度计、电导率仪、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试表征方法.研究表明:PTFE/PVP溶液质量分数为24%、PTFE:PVP(质量比)为6∶4时,在纺丝液流量为0.3mL/h、所施加电压为15.5kV、接收距离为19cm的条件下,静电纺丝所得复合纤维直径更加均匀,成丝形态更稳定;通过红外光谱测试分析,在PTFE/PVP复合纤维波谱图的1 229.18cm-1和1 655.56cm-1位置处有(C-F)和(C=O)两个特征基团的波峰出现,表明PTEF/PVP复合纺丝能够实现;通过对PTFE/PVP复合纤维膜的亲水性测试,得出PTFE/PVP复合纤维膜相对PTFE的亲水性有所改善.Polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinylpyrrolidone （PTFE/PVP） composite fibers were prepared by electrospinning with the rotational viscometer, conductivity meter, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and other tests characterization methods. As the study shows：when PTFE/PVP solution mass fraction of 24% ,PTFE ： PVP （mass ratio） of 6 ： 4,spinning liquid flow rate 0.3 mL/h,under 15.5 kV of the applied voltage and receiving distance reaching 19 cm, and with electrostatic spinning, the resulting composite fiber diameter becomes more uniform and stable when forming form into the wire;By infrared spectroscopy analysis, PTFE/PVP composite fibers spectrum diagram at 1 229. 18 cm^-1 and 1 655.56 cm^-1 have （CF） and （C= O） groups crest two features,showing that PTEF/PVP composite spinning can be achieved in infrared spectroscopy tests; Tests show that PTFE/PVP composite fiber membranes hydrophilic,drawn PTFE/PVP composite fiber membranes with respect to the hydrophilic of PTFE has been improved.
