摘　　要：目的了解广东省近年来无偿献血和供血的情况,为进一步制定无偿献血者招募策略及供血服务提供科学依据。方法选取广东省内27家采供血机构2006-2014年采供血数据,比较每年的无偿献血和成分用血情况。结果 2014年广东省27家血站总献血人次为112万,比2006年的81万增长了37.90%。2014年广东省献血率为1.05%,固定献血者达到38.42万人,占总献血人数的34.09%。除了机采成分血增长率有所波动外,总献血人次和献全血人次每年均有所增长。2014年广东省27家采供血机构向医疗机构提供了349万U的血液制品,红细胞、血浆和机采血小板制品需求量每年增长,机采血小板制品2014年(119 865 U)比2006年(46 794 U)增长了156.15%。结论广东省无偿献血和供血的情况良性健康发;加大无偿献血宣传力度,建立和完善无偿献血长效机制,制定科学合理的采供血计划,才能保证无偿献血的稳定发展。Objectives To further formulate effective recruitment strategies and scientific blood supply service by analyzing the status of blood donation and supply in Guangdong from 2006 to 2014. Methods Official data from 27 blood donation and supply institutions in Guangdong from 2006 to 2014 were analyzed. The annual blood donation and supply situations were compared. Result In 2014, the number of blood donation in Guangdong was 1.12 million and increased by 37.90% compared to 2006. The donation rate in Guangdong was 1.05%, and the number of regular donor was 0. 38 million, which occupied 2. 20% of the total number of blood donors. Excluding the fluctuation in increasing rate of platelet donation, the to- tal number of blood donation and the number of whole blood donation increased annually. In 2014, 3.49 million units of blood product were supplied to medical institution, and the demands of red blood cell, plasma and apheresis platelet kept increasing. The supply of apheresis platelet product increased by 156. 15 % from 2006 to 2014. Conclusion All blood collection and supply institutions must strengthen efforts to improve awareness of blood donation among the population, to establish and develop long-term mechanism of blood donation, to retain repeat and regular donors, and to formulate scientific blood collection and supply strategies, in favor of the stable development of blood donation.
