摘  要:本文探讨了全面质量管理(TQM)理论引入血站质量管理策略(运行机制和模型),通过对山东18个省、市级采供血机构的TQM问卷调查,发现TQM在血站质量管理中有了良好的应用,其中"全员参与管理"得分最高,为(4.8±0.41)分,"一切以事实和数据说话"得分最低,为(4.66±0.62)分,显示山东省采供血机构人员具有强烈参与血液质量和服务管理的意识;但也发现在TQM应用过程中,缺乏对数据的有效利用,血站TQM亟待继续加强。Total Quality Management (TQM) theory was assessed on its strategies, operating mechanism and model ap- plication in blood bank. A questionnaire survey of TQM distributed in 18 blood collection and supply institutes, including one blood center and 17 blood banks of Shandong Province, was investigated. It was found that TQM was running quite smoothly in blood banks. From the survey, the items from "All involved in management" and "All based on facts and data" received the highest and lowest scores (4. 8 ±0. 41 and 4.66 ±0. 62), respectively. It suggested that all staffs in blood collection and supply institutes fully understood the advantages of TQM application in blood banks. However, the item from "All based on facts and data" could not be applied effectively in the process of TQM. Further improvement is expected in the im-plementation of TQM in blood banks.
