摘 要:目的通过使用风险管理措施对突发事件应急检测进行管理,建立应急检测质量管理体系,探讨风险管理在实验室管理中的应用。方法制定实验室风险矩阵,根据2014年1月1日-2016年6月30日常规检测和应急检测对比分析结果,识别和分析应急检测过程中的风险情况,提出处理措施降低检测风险。结果应急检测日检测量大,HBs Ag、ALT和抗-TP检测结果与常规检测有差别,人员、设备、物料、标本接收与处理和检验报告发布5个风险点风险增加或风险不可接受,需制定应对措施。结论突发事件发生后,必须建立针对应急检测的质量管理体系;风险管理应用在血站实验室管理中,促进了质量体系的持续改进,通过风险识别、分析和应对,根据风险变化,建立应急检测质量管理体系,确保检验质量。Objective To implement risk management to manage emergency testing, to establish a quality management system of emergency testing, and to explore the application of risk management in the laboratory management. Method A laboratory risk matrix was developed. Based on the comparison and contrast analysis from January 1,2014 to June 30, 2016 on regular and emergency testing, the risks of emergency process were identified and analyzed, the treatment measures were put forward, and the risk of testing was reduced. Results The samples of emergency testing largely increased. HBsAg, ALT, and anti-TP test results were different with regular testing. Five risk points, including personnel, equipment, materials, samples and test reports were unacceptable, which prompted the formulation of risk measures. Conclusion After unexpected events, the quality management system for emergency testing must be established. Risk management is applied in laboratory management, in addition to the continuous improvement of quality system. Through risk identification, risk analysis, risk treatment, according to changes in the risk, the quality management system of emergency testing was established to ensure the quality of inspection.
