摘　　要：介绍了政府实施绩效预算改革的基本步骤,阐述了政府部门绩效预算相关配套性改革措施,指出对绩效预算进行改革不仅可降低政府预算支出,而且所达到的实施效果更能满足人民群众的需要。Based on the government reform and analyzes the basic steps of implementing performance budgeting,the government department related to sex of performance budget reform measures. After the performance budget reform is not only can reduce government spending,and achieved the effect of more can meet the needs of the masses of the people.
