摘  要:为了研究长停留时间,大给料量条件下褐煤快速热解半焦的比表面积、孔径分布、表面官能团的变化规律及不同热解条件下半焦的CO2气化活性,在自制沉降炉上进行平庄褐煤热解温度600-1000℃快速裂解实验,并用N2吸附法、傳里叶变换红外光谱法及非等温热重分析法对半焦进行表征.结果表明,随着热解温度增加比表面积先增大后减小,当热解温度为900℃时比表面积最大,孔径分布主要集中在中孔及微孔.官能团的红外光谱吸收随热解温度升高而减少,800℃为分界点,800℃以下随着热解温度提高,光谱吸收显著减少,800℃以上减少幅度降低,随着热解温度增加,煤焦芳香度加剧.煤焦气化活性与比表面积并无严格相关性.The pyrolysis of Pingzhuang lignite was performed in a homemade drop-tube furnace under long residence time and large feed amount condition at 600-1000 ℃ to study the changes of specific surface area (SSA) ,pore size distribution, surface functional groups and gasification reactivity in CO2 atmosphere. The chars were characterized by N2 adsorption, FTIR and non-isothermal thermosgravimetric analysis. The result shows that SSA increases at first then decreases with the rise of pyrolysis temperature and reaches the maximum at 900 ℃. The pore size is mainly distributed in mesopore and micropore. The spectrum absorption of functional groups declines with the temperature increasing. 800 ℃ is the critical condition. When temperature is below 800℃ , the absorption reduces significantly as the temperature increases. While the absorption diminishes slowly when temperature is above 800℃. The aromatic degree increases with the rising of temperature. Gasification reactivity has little relevance with SSA.
