摘  要:为了揭示层压织物膜材在应力空间上的变形响应特征,以高性能层压织物Uretek3216LV为研究对象开展一系列双轴拉伸试验,获得9组比例下应力应变关系数据.运用MATLAB软件进行数值处理,分析得出拉伸应变及弹性参数在应力空间上的响应规律.结果表明,层压类膜材的力学性能复杂多变,材料的应变响应曲面具有明显的非线性及正交异性特征;且循环加载作用会使正交纱线发生结构"重构",对膜材非线性有一定消弱,但新"重构"之纱线关系在各应力比间不通用;膜材力学参数受应力水平及应力比例的影响显著,宜根据结构或部件的膜面应力分布特征针对性地确定力学参数.A series of biaxial tensile tests were conducted on high performance laminated fabrics Uretek3216LV in order to reveal the response characteristics of laminated fabrics in the plane stress space, and the stress -strain data at nine stress ratios were obtained. Using the MATLAB program, the response surfaces of tensile strains and elastic parameters were obtained and their characteristics in stress space were analyzed. Results indicate that the strain response surfaces show obvious nonlinearity and orthotropy which are the reasons for complex mechanical behaviors of laminated fabrics. With the loading cycle increasing ,the nonlinearity of material response decreases to some extent because of the structural rebuilding effect of yarns. The rebuilding structure at one stress ratio is not applicable to another one. The mechanical parameters of the laminated fabrics are significantly affected by stress levels and ratios, and mechanical parameters of membrane are advised to be specially determined based on the stress distributions of the structures or parts of them.
