摘  要:介绍了一种用于注水井的可选层分层定量注水与酸化工艺技术,该技术仅需在井口控制油管内的压力,即可选择性的对某一注入层段进行酸化,并具备常规分层调配注水功能。同时,为保证顺利实现前述功能,配套开发了一种液控式开关注入阀,利用轨道换向原理实现阀开启、关闭的选择性切换。该技术相对常规分层注水工艺,优势在于在不需要钢丝和电缆配套作业的条件下,可选择性地开启、关闭井下某一注入层的出液阀,实现特定层段的液体注入,满足分层酸化、测吸水注水指数曲线等措施服务。综合该技术原理,具有操作简单、快捷、作业成本低的优势。The technology for selectable zonal and quantitative water injection and acidizing in water injection wells is introduced,which just needs to control the inner tubing pressure to realize the zonal acidizing and has no influence on normal zonal water injection.At the same time,in order to realize the previous function,a hydraulic controlled on-off valve is developed which uses track commutation principle to open or close water flow valve.Comparing with conventional zoning water injection technology,its advantage is that it can open/close downhole fluid injection valve selectively and randomly without the operation of wireline/cable,and the operation zonal acidizing and injection in specific zone is realized.This technology has the advantages of less operation cost and high efficiency,which meets the basic requirement of measurement for water wells.
