摘 要:应用进程的运行状态直接反映系统基础设施的工作情况.引入关键应用进程监控,可以为系统的高效和可靠运行提供保障,从而实现生产自动化、信息化和智能化.本文面向应用进程,设计实现了一个应用进程监控系统.该系统基于简单网络管理协议(SNMP),实现了应用程序运行状态数据采集、故障告警和自愈等一系列业务管理功能,解决了生产过程中信息无法采集、生产过程监控乏力和生产计划可执行度低的问题.该系统已经应用在自动化装配生产线制造执行系统中,提高了现场数据采集效率,生产过程的自动化程度及信息化管理水平.The working state of the application process directly reflects the operation of the infra- structure. The introduction of the application of critical process monitoring is to ensure the healthy operation of the system's infrastructure, to provide protection for the efficient and reliable operation of the system, so as to realize the production automation, information and intelligence. In this paper, a real-time monitoring and management system is designed and implemented. The system is based on Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP), which implements a series of business management functions, such as operation status data acquisition, fault alarm, self-heal- ing etc, solving the problem that the information can not be collected, the weakness of process monitoring and the low executable of production plan. The system has been applied in the flexible automated assembly line and manufacturing execution system, improving the efficiency of field data collection, the automation of the production process and the level of information manage- ment.
