摘 要:目的利用逆向方法制作骨折三维仿真实体模型,作为创建有限元模型的基础。方法将Mimics重建出来的完整股骨3D模型以STL格式导入逆向工程软件Geomagic-Studio,在多边形阶段经"网格医生"光顺处理后进入精确曲面阶段,经过"探测曲率→降级轮廓线→构造曲面片→构造格栅→拟合曲面"等步骤,拟合成非均匀有理B样条(NURBS)曲面,再以IGS格式导入交互式计算机辅助设计/生产软件UG8.0,利用建模模块下的缝合功能缝合成三维仿真实体模型。结果建成了完整的股骨模型以及Pauwells-Ⅲ型股骨颈骨折模型。结论这种方法所建三维实体模型生动、逼真,可供有限元模型制作和骨折内固定虚拟手术之用,有一定的实用价值。Objective To create a model of three dimentional (3D)-entity for fracture-simulation by a reverse engineering software so as to make a base for further finite elemental analysis. Methods The entire 3D femoral model rebuilt from Mimics was input onto a reverse engineering software Geomagic-Studio by format of STL, a precise fairing-up process was carried out after the phase of polygon which was functioned by "Internet Doctor", and then a NURBS kyrtograph was fitted through a series of procedures called "probe curvature", "degraded contour ", "construct surface patches", "construct grid", "fitting surface", etc. , the format IGS were input onto UG-8.0 which is an interactive software of Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacture, where the 3D-entity of simulative model was fitted by fitting function under its "modeling" module. Results A complete 3D-entity of simulative femoral model and its fracture type Pauwells-m were built successfully. Conclusion This sort of method for 3D-entity simulative model is really vivo, available to FEA model and virtual surgery of internal fixation of fracture, and thus is prettily valuable.
